My husband and I had a great time. My husband is Cuban and left feeling very satisfied with the service and the menu options. Coming from DC you don't normally get a place were the performance as well as the food are outstanding. We were sitting near the performance dancers. We had an enjoyable evening. The waiter Jose was very knowledgeable about the menu choices. We met the manager Tony who was very involved with the customers during the evening. He came several times by and asked for our opinion. One of the aspects that called my attention was their willingness to get the children in participating in their birthdays celebration or dance activities. Its a place for the entire family. We had a wonderful evening, the food was delicious. I strongly recommend this place.

I have been to this place many times before and I recently decided to bring my family with me on vacation and bring them to this restaurant, I myself am a restaurant owner so I know the quality of food and pricing. My experience from the first few times compared to my recent time to this restaurant are completely different. I was glad I got seated promptly but I wasn’t happy that where I was seated was away from the entertainment and seen that there wore so many empty tables on the other side. The waiter was great he knew his menu, I remembered from My last visit 3 years ago the food was great and the price was reasonable, when it comes to good food the price doesn’t matter. This time when we got our food it wasn’t what we expected, especially me that I owned a restaurant. The chicken looked and taste preheated the rice tasted like it was from early morning or the day before nothing look fresh. Many people may enjoy it because they probably don’t eat Latin food often, when I got the bill I was surprised of how expensive that restaurant have gotten from my last visit, I know is owned by a celebrity and is a tourist location but I been to other celebrity restaurants and they never served poor quality food for a outrageous price.

There were nine of us in the party. We had made a reservation and were able to get right in to a prepared table. Located in Disney Springs, the Cuban themed restaurant was excellent in its service, food and ambiance. Our waiter Abraham was super attentive to our needs, drink replenishment, etc. Two thumbs up!

Waitress had limited knowledge of menu. Long wait time for first drinks (water and lemonade). Fun atmosphere with live entertainment (dancers). Very limited vegetarian options without knowledge or care of circumstances. Some food that came out was cold, small portion size. Expected a lot more of a Disney restaurant especially at this price range.

This was a great place for us for dinner. Excellent food, friendly and helpful service, music and live dancers for entertainment. We ordered 2 appetizers and 3 entrées for 5 of us and we all shared. It was still a lot of food, more than we could finish! The food was way better than most of what we got even at the high end Epcot or resort restaurants, and more reasonably priced too. If we get back to Disney again we will be eating here again for sure!
